EVENT: Moon Circle:  Instructors, Bria, Christine, and Taryn.  Class falls on the day of full or new/full moon each month, see class schedule for monthly updates.  $15 early sign up at the studio or $20 day of.

Our Moon Circle is an all-inclusive gathering in the evening to harness the potent energy of the moon. Typically, new moons and full moons have the most poignant energy, and moon energy can be harnessed three days before or after it passes through the full or new phase.  People often resonate with the moon because of the themes. It highlights something particular in individuals that they want to work through.  Meditation is the key to unlocking greater potential and clearing blockages in life.

People come to moon circles to set intentions, clear energy, work through the challenges of life, gain clarity, and connect with themselves through communal energy. Moon circles are largely based in communal ritual and personal reflection.  Energetically it is a time of fresh-starts and rebirths, acting as a sort of astrological reset button. This night includes a short yoga practice, guided meditation, time for setting intentions, a fire ceremony and celebration.

There’s no doubt in our minds: if the moon has the power to pull the tides, surely it must affect us humans, whose bodies are made mostly of H2O.  And just as the phases of the moon affect the seas, they can also set the wave patterns on our own emotion oceans.
